Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
After processing, shipping times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination location.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or text. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent including a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight shipping: 1 business day

Returns and Exchanges

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Hairbrushes and accessories that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to strict hygiene standards
We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or products purchased outside arachne.com

Yes, just keep the dryer nozzle at least 2 inches away to protect the brush
For nylon or charcoal-infused pins, apply heat with a hairdryer held at least 6 inches away
The pins will soften and relax back into shape
